Exam Rules and Regulations
INSTRUCTIONS TO STAFF REGARDING EXAMINATION
- Keep the confidentiality throughout the Examination.
- For supervision, be present 15 minutes before the time of commencement of Examination.
- Do not allow the students to leave the Examination Hall till the last minute of examination time.
- Do not use mobile phones during supervision and avoid talking in and near to examination hall.
- Collect the stationary required for examination before the day of examination.
- Prepare a question paper of Periodic Practical Examination as per the directions and submit it in two copies along with assessed answer books, two copies of attendance sheet and two copies of Mark sheet in original within three days after completion of examination. For display of marks for student information, use xerox copy.
- Question paper for theory periodic examination and preliminary theory examination (follow the guidelines) should be submitted to Examination Department in sealed envelope Five days prior of examination of your subject.
- Before submission of question paper please check it by Principal Sir & Quality Assurance Cell, map it and take signature.
- Submit assessed answer books of theory examination along with two copies of original mark sheet and one copy of attendance sheet provided.
- Enter marks carefully in Mother Register within two days after submission of answer books without any mistake (for reference of marks use zerox copy of mark sheet displayed for student information).
- Enter the marks in MKCL software as per the instructions and two copies along with the signature of student in original.
Guidelines for setting Question Paper
- Use Specimen format provided, font size -12, font type-Times New Roman.
- Mark distribution must be according to Cognitive Domain Levels (CDL).
- Meaning of questions must be clearly understood.
- Use only approved short forms only, where ever necessary.
- Allotted time & marks distribution should be correct
- Drafting must be grammatically correct.
INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS REGARDING EXAMINATION
- Be present 10 minutes before the time of commencement of Examination in Examination Hall.
- No students are allowed to leave the Examination Hall till the last minute of examination time.
- Mobile phones, Scientific Calculators are not allowed in Examination Hall.
- Any type of malpractice and misbehavior in Examination Hall will not be accepted at any circumstances.
- Use only Blue color ink pens for writing.
- Keep the silence and discipline of Examination Hall.
